As a full-stack developer (m/w/d), you can implement new SAP HCM solutions including the components in the backend as well as frontend – including the technical customizing as well as the full-stack development in ABAP are part of your task. In close cooperation with internal teams and external partners, you define the requirements with technical specifications, perform system tests and ensure the quality and stability of our solutions by quickly eliminating errors. As part of the development and integration of SAP SuccessFactors, you can configure modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding or Learning. Existing SAP HCM modules or processes will also analyse and improve you with regard to efficiency and user-friendlyness – and also accompany the introduction of new functionalities and upgrades in the environment of SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors. In addition to tickets, you will also process technical inquiries in your area of competence and assist end users in the use of our SAP HCM systems, including in the form of training.
