These are your tasks As part of the management team, you are responsible for the success of the sales unit and are in constant exchange of information with your branch director – of course You are involved in the sales management processes In order to be operationally as well as strategically well positioned, you will work together with the management, coordination and further development of your branch management and support in the operation of the strategic corporate objectives You take over administrative and organizational tasks In cooperation with the branch director, you will have a look at the personal development of your team members and promote them regularly, e.g. in personnel development talks, coachings or in the presentation of development paths Taking into account the Sparkassen financial concept, you provide qualified and holistic advice for the customer base assigned to you, sell the corresponding financial products and, if necessary, obtain the appropriate specialist: In the absence of the branch director, you take over all representative, sales and operational management tasks To keep your professional, sales and digital know-how up-to-date, take care of your own training

We wish A successful conclusion as a savings bank operator:in or a comparable training, optimally supplemented by a leadership qualification A plus, no need: First leadership experience Understanding the MBS on the whole: deep knowledge about the organization, systematics and functionality of our savings bank Comprehensive knowledge in investment, securities and composite business and knowledge in credit business Exemplary sales and service orientation as well as consulting quality – with your fingertips and negotiation skills Strong interest in handling digital media and technical tools as well as good media consulting skills A personality that distinguishes itself between employees and executives through openness, communication strength and sense of responsibility Mobile flexibility within the locations of your branch

You can expect from us An annual salary between 62.820 - 85.100 Euro (TVöD-S, up to max. EG 11) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience and your degree 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours The possibility to work hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
