The IT Compliance Group is responsible for IT compliance management, the internal control system of IT, IT risk management and IT audits. As part of IT compliance management, the group provides a complete view of the regulatory requirements for the IT organisation and the IT processes and derives concrete action needs. It also provides a complete, adequate and effective internal control system to minimize risks in IT processes.

Another focus is on the responsibility, control and moderation of the IT risk management process, with which the risks arising from the use of information technologies are identified, evaluated, controlled and reported. In addition, the group performs the function of Operational Risk Manager (ORM) for IT. Finally, it accompanies IT audits by external auditors, such as the annual financial statements and WpHG audits, and ensures the consistent continuation of the processing of the Findings in the responsibility of IT.

Co-ordination of the annual and WpHG audit in the IT environment of LBBW Interface management between external auditors, bank IT units and integrated external IT service providers Control of examination requests and coordination of necessary documents, evidence and information relevant to the examination Supporting the areas of expertise in the address-oriented provision of audit-relevant content Coordination of the coordination of drafts of the IT report part as part of the annual and WpHG audit Quality assurance of feedback from IT and specialist areas for a consistent, comprehensible and auditable presentation Tracking and reporting of audit findings and analysis of audit reports for deriving control information for IT management

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science, business management with IT focus or a comparable qualification, for example an IT-related training with relevant professional experience Funded and broad-based IT skills, especially in IT processes, IT governance, information security or IT risk management Secure understanding of complex technical relationships as well as ability to quickly classify Experience with regulatory requirements for IT in the banking environment Concerning supervisory issues relating to IT processes, IT controls and IT organization Impressed communication and coordination capability with clear, binding and target-group-oriented communication Teamability and Conflictability as well as fluent German and English knowledge in Word and Writing
