We are looking for a person (m/w/d) for our branch in Bickenbach with a degree in geosciences or civil engineering, who is responsible for the role of project manager: in the planning and management of demanding projects, as well as for important tasks in customer support, team management and professional development of the team. As a project manager:in (m/w/d) you are responsible for the following tasks:

You take over the project management for infrastructure and geotechnical projects – from planning to completion, including budget, appointment and resource management, and coordination of entrepreneurs Ensure quality assurance and compliance with corporate policies and ensure efficient cooperation with internal specialists and professional reporting You develop existing customers, identify project opportunities and control offering activities in close coordination with Business Development and the department management You promote your project team professionally and personally, give regular feedback and act as a mentor to continuously improve skills and project results

You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of civil engineering, geosciences or a comparable discipline – ideally with a focus on geotechnology or engineering geology You bring relevant professional experience to several years and are regarded as an expert in these fields You are ideally familiar with VOB and HOAI and know how to use this knowledge in practice You communicate openly, solution-oriented and at eye level – both in the team and in contact with customers You work structured, carefully and with high quality standards.
