Associate Director Corporate Accounting Principles - Policies & Training (f/m/d)

You translate complex IFRS into practical solutions: assess, analyze, and document complex business in accordance with IFRS, coordinate with auditors, and implement them responsibly. You ensure that current IFRS requirements are consistently applied and interpreted across the organization. You advise and support our local finance teams to ensure consistent processes and policies. You are responsible for maintaining, further developing, and communicating our group-wide accounting policies. You develop practical training content based on real business cases for our One Finance Academy. You contribute to the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and comply financial statements. You prepare and refine presentations for the executive board and management. You participate in exciting special projects, M&A, and the implementation of new standards and processes.

You have a degree in economics with a focus on accounting, finance, or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in IFRS accounting, ideally in a corporate environment or an international auditing firm. You have in-depth knowledge of IFRS and its practical application. You have experience in preparing or complying financial statements and financial reports. You can confidently analyze, document, and coordinate complex business with auditors. You possess strong communication skills and enjoy preparing and delivering knowledge in training formats. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken – additional languages are a plus but not mandatory.
