IT-Systems Specialist Conference and Collaboration (m/f/d)

You design and introduce a group-wide collaboration solution (e.g. Nextcloud) and develop it further. In the Microsoft365 environment, you will ensure that collaboration with a focus on Microsoft teams and teams apps is optimal. You are responsible for the cross-site video conferencing solution and take over the administration, maintenance and optimization. In addition, you advise internal stakeholders professionally and help them effectively use Collaboration Tools. You will process enquiries in 2nd-/3rd-level support and, if necessary, coordinate troubleshooting with manufacturers and ensure compliance with agreed service levels by controlling external service providers. Simplify your daily work environment by standardizing and automating recurring processes and create documentation, tutorials, knowledge-based articles and other end-users.

You bring a completed study in the field of computer science or comparable IT training with multi-year professional experience or an equivalent qualification. You have profound knowledge in the administration of various collaboration tools (video, chat, file exchange, document management). In the Microsoft365 environment, you could already prove your knowledge: especially in support and configuration of apps. You are familiar with video conferencing systems, ideally also in interaction with Microsoft teams. Innovation and creative ideas characterize you – your view over the edge of the plate helps to continuously improve cooperation in the company. External providers can control and provide you with methods for SLA management as well as escalation processes and convince by communication strength, service-oriented appearance and the ability to easily understand complex topics.
