Heading and development of 3 direct managers and over 20 employees Ensuring and optimizing efficient workflows and quality standards in payroll accounting for all clients in the region Responsibility for the economic development of the organisational unit wages in the region as well as for all client-related, technical and organizational processes Participation in national wage projects and definition and coordination of standards, processes and strategies Extraction, support and long-term development of client relationships

Insufficient professional experience in wage billing, preferably in a tax law firm Good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Long-standing experience in disciplinary personnel management and project management readiness to travel within the region High digital competence, entrepreneurial thinking and safe occurrence Self-working and good communication skills
