Head of Financial Accounting / Teamlead Finance (m/w/d) Finance | Wolfratshausen (near Munich) | Full-time | Unlimited

Do you want to actively shape our financial accounting and ensure reliable accounting with your expertise? Then introduce your know-how as head of financial accounting / teamlead finance to our finance team. In this role, you will guide a 6-member team in financial accounting professionally and disciplinefully and promote the professional and personal development of your employees. You take responsibility for the creation of monthly, half-year and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS and, together with the Würth Shared Service, ensure proper financial accounting. You coordinate the Group Reporting, compile balance sheet, GuV and actual plan analyses, coordinate main and secondary accounting and accompany the Intercompany agreement with related companies in Germany and abroad. In addition, you are responsible for plant accounting, determining accounting and provisions, supporting complex accounting topics and creating meaningful evaluations for management. With a far-sighted view, you are involved in the optimization of processes in financial accounting, accompany cross-departmental projects and take over the preparation of corporate decisions.

Complete business studies with a focus on financial and accounting and/or qualification as balance sheet holder:in Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting First leadership experiences are advantageous Joy in the development and promotion of employees Secure handling of MS Office and goods management systems as well as very good SAP FI knowledge Very good German and good English skills A fast conception, high self-motivation and joy of use Embossed analytical thinking and conceptual skills
