Completed studies in civil engineering, infrastructure management, road construction or a comparable technical field Multiannual professional experience in management planning, management or civil engineering, road construction or in cooperation with utilities Knowledge of the planning, coordination and implementation of management measures within complex infrastructure projects Experience in controlling external planning offices, engineering offices or technical service providers Knowledge of approval, procurement and tender procedures, ideally in the public or municipal environment Embossed understanding of technical and organizational interfaces between pipeline construction, civil engineering, road construction and other structures
