You control the operating business of the insurance damage of a location You are responsible for your employees in the insurance sector, for example, for managing employee talks Your responsibility lies in the control and analysis of the services and costs of insurance damage at the location You are responsible for the budget and the results as well as quality targets at the location and report to the Head of Instability in your function Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate policies in the area of insurance damage You optimize productivity and processes in the area of insurance damage
