Together with your seven colleagues, you will advise and supervise employees and executives of an area assigned to you (including the school administration staff) in all personnel-relevant and labour-law or civil-law issues. You are responsible for controlling the entire recruiting process (job alert, applicant management, job interviews) and use all relevant communication channels. You are also responsible for implementing personal-relevant measures, including the implementation of personal and BEM talks. You work together with the Human Resources Council, the Women's and Equal Opportunities Commissioners and the Disabled Representative. You are open to collaboration in projects and to optimize in-house processes. Furthermore, you take over the processing of labour court proceedings and take over the representation of the district administration before the labour court.

You have completed their studies in the field of business administration with the focus on personnel, public management, human resources management, public administration, economic psychology or comparable. Alternatively, you have successfully completed the training for thetested personnel specialist tradermann and several years of professional experience in personnel work, ideally in public service. You have a well-founded knowledge of working, collective (TVöD) and civil servant law. Furthermore, you have a high degree of organizational and decision-making pleasure, team spirit and willingness to actively shape changes. A safe occurrence, communication strength, and the ability to quickly adjust to different interlocutors (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) and hierarchical levels, will distinguish you.
