We support our customers from initial planning to installation to long-term service and offer solutions for photovoltaics, heat pumps, battery storage and charging infrastructure. We rely on modern technology, economically sensible systems and reliable implementation.

Our teams work regionally and implement the projects directly with the customer.

Acts: • Support for the installation of photovoltaic systems on roofs and open spaces • Work on the construction of substructures and laying of modules • With the help of construction site preparation, material delivery and organization • Transport of tools and materials • Support for scaffolding • General aid activities at the construction site

Profile: • Craft skills and interest in practical work • cross entrance possible, no training required • First experience on construction sites • Physical resilience and dizziness • Teamability and reliable operation • Class B driving licence • Knowledge of German at the construction site (no perfect German required) • Willingness for regional operations with daily return to the team

Framework conditions • Entrance: from now • Full time, regulated working hours (Monday to Friday) • Place of work: Saxony Region (Start according to construction site, for example from Zwickau or Chemnitz) • Use on regional construction sites (usually daily return home, occasionally overnight stay possible) • Content: 2,500 – 2,700 € gross/month • 30 days holiday • Workwear and personal protective equipment are provided • Company vehicle available as well as ride from location (common approach to the team) • Cooperation with experienced staff in construction • Training and development perspectives
