For our Management Bank business unit in the Tribe Platform and Processes (STBPLP) we are looking for you in full or part time as Product Owner Steuersbank Processes and Core (m/w/d) in Aschheim, Berlin, Karlsruhe or Münster.

Tasks with perspectives

You test and analyze the technical and technical developments on the EGP platform and develop cross-disciplinary solutions to advance the innovative product ideas. You evaluate and prioritize requirements of the commissioning specialist teams from the reporting system, accounting and cross-sectional environment in agile methodology and align the backlog to the needs of customers and stakeholders. You thus transform the predominantly technical requirements into technical implementation artifacts. As someone who can develop software himself, this step is easy for you. You recognize independent optimization measures for the provision of existing and new services and implement them together with the team. You always have a look at the team’s delivery artifacts and make sure that our approach model is complied with. You represent the team during planning appointments, e.g. in PI-Planning.

Personality with profile

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics with experience in a comparable field of work or completed training as a specialist with many years of experience in a comparable field of work or comparable qualification with a strong affinity to new technologies. You have also gained several years of experience in the development of applications and have very good knowledge in Java, Spring & Spring Boot, JDBC and REST. Experiences in dealing with Docker, Openshift / Kubernetes, Camunda, git, Jenkins, Maven, automated tests and DB access with Hibernate and Envers would be advantageous. You have a strong abstraction capability, design strength, creativity and innovative power, as well as Agile's mindset and experience in an agile environment. High analytical thinking capacity as well as high quality and sense of responsibility characterize you. You bring strong communicative and social competence, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, enforcement skills and team skills.
