Your tasks Supporting top management: You work closely with our management and gain direct insight into strategic corporate decisions. You are close to core operational processes and support management to advance business-critical topics. Take responsibility: You control challenging projects independently from the first analysis, structuring and successful implementation. In important topics, you act as an operational interface and represent management towards internal stakeholders. Preparing Decisions: You will create presentations, reports and decision templates that form a solid basis for company-wide decisions. You will be able to prepare and communicate complex information in a targeted manner. Completion of complexity: You analyze extensive data, identify relationships and derive central insights. Your ability to filter out the core of one thing and get content straight to the point makes you an important Sparring partner. Impetus: You actively introduce new ideas, question existing processes and develop innovative approaches together with the management. Your view from outside as well as your courage to think on topics, drive improvements and further developments.

Your profile Academically sounded: completed studies (Master) in the economic and/or logistics environment, ideally complemented by an MBA. First successes: professional experience in international management, in the supply chain or in project management you already bring. Communicatively strong: you convince with a safe, professional appearance in German and English and have already gained experience abroad. Analytical & foreseeing: You work structured, think networked and never lose sight of the whole. Digital sovereignty: MS Office is self-evident for you, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
