Implementation of children's swimming courses and water reconciliation (starters to advanced) Planning and organisation of courses (incl. scheduling, participant management) Ensuring smooth course and support for participants Participation in the further development of the course programme
Complete training as a swimming instructor, sports and gymnastics teacher or comparable, ideally with an additional qualification as a training manager C with the profile “Children & Youth” Continuing training as a course manager ''learning'' desirable Advanced police leadership certificate (not older than 3 months) Experience in working with children and adults Organizational and independent working Communication strength and joy in dealing with people Lifeguard Badges (Silver) and First Aid Detection Knowledge of water and swimming technology for children Very good educational and didactic skills Experience in course organisation (termination, participant management) Ability to stand-alone courses Ready to work in afternoons, evenings and weekends Timely flexibility and high operational readiness
