To support our backstube team, we are looking for a baker/in m/w/d or confectioner/in m/w/d in full time

Your tasks:

• Manufacture of bread, rolls, bakery products and confectionery products
• weighing and preparing ingredients according to recipe
• Decoration and refinement of cakes, cakes and desserts
• Operation and monitoring of ovens and production machines
• Control of dough rest and baking times
• Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Cleaning of workplace and equipment
• Support for the development of new bakery products

You're bringing:

• completed vocational training for baker or confectioner m/w/d
• Professional experience is desirable, but no compelling prerequisite for recruitment
• Reliability, care and physical loadability
• Self-employed
• Team skills
• Good knowledge of German
