In doing so, you combine technical understanding with analytical thinking and bring fresh impulses from research and practice. Your work has direct influence on our processes. First, analyze the existing maintenance processes and the associated maintenance costs. In addition, you research the current state of the art in the field of industrial maintenance and integrate these findings into your work. You develop an evaluation scheme for selecting suitable maintenance strategies. Based on this assessment, you will create an action concept for implementing the chosen strategy. To ensure sustainable implementation, formulate a work instruction that clearly describes the procedure.

You are currently undergoing training as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) (engineering, manufacturing technology, etc.) or a Bachelor's degree in the field of production technology, or comparable. You are enthusiastic about modern manufacturing technology and process optimization. A structured and independent operation as well as good documentation capabilities are of course for you.
