Establishing and controlling the project portfolio Establishing resources and capacity management (including prioritization) Definition of governance, gate processes and decision criteria for project selection KPI-based reporting to management Mentor and couch for the initiators and project leaders Responsible management of strategic and operational projects

Experience in project management and completed studies (FH or university) Detectable successes in portfolio and project management of producing companies Good handling of MS Office products Safe handling of data and reporting to support decisions Flowing German and very good English skills Personal conditions: Open, captivating and empathic personality Business thinking and acting Decision and communication strength Power of persuasion and moderation Structural and analytical methods
