For the Landratsamt Starnberg, the government of Oberbayern is looking for one or more Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

The Landratsamt Starnberg is the central administrative authority of the district of Starnberg. With our around 600 employees, we take care of many things that are important for the high quality of life in our district: education, culture, environmental protection and help for people who need support. In the field of public safety and order, we ensure that people in the county feel safe, protected and well-resolved. This also includes civil protection in the field of fire and disaster protection, with which we secure the ability of the county to act in major crisis situations through predictive planning and resilient alarm and protection concepts.

With your independent and systematic work, you are dedicated to the topic of civil defence and civil alarm planning and are responsible for the resumption of this field of work Your specific tasks include: You develop measures for the planning, implementation and safeguarding of civil protection and the tasks entrusted to the county and municipalities following civil alarm planning (ZAPRL) You organize exercises in civil protection You create and coordinate concepts and plans in civil protection

You have successfully completed the training as a / as a graduate administrator (m/w/d) of the General Internal Administration department or a comparable discipline You fulfil the personal and beaming requirements (including specific pre- and training, runway equality, suitability for health) You are in possession of a valid class B driving licence You provide a high level of commitment and reliability even in short-term tasks You have strong decision-making competence and skill and can also make sustainable decisions in time-critical or conflicting situations Knowledge and practical experience in civil, catastrophe or demographic protection or similar safety-related activities are desirable You shall bring with them the willingness to carry out a safety review (Ü2) pursuant to Section 9 of the Security Audit Act (SÜG)
