IT Application Manager ERP & Web Applications / Product Owner (m/f/d)

In the course of the release of the existing ERP system and the further expansion of the digital platforms, the IT organization is specifically strengthened. We are looking for a personality as an IT Application Manager ERP & Web Applications (m/w/d)/Product Owner (m/w/d).

In this central role, you are the first professional representative for the core applications of our client: You assume the technical responsibility for the stable operation of the central applications – ERP (including goods management, auction management, financial accounting and logistics), auction platform and webshop – and are the first point of contact for the users as 2nd-level support as well as for more complex issues. You accept requirements and requests for change from the specialist areas, structure and evaluate them and control the implementation via a prioritized backlog in close coordination with the stakeholders. You continuously develop the supervised applications along the business processes – from auction and trade to logistics to financial accounting. You control external service providers and software manufacturers independently: from the transfer of requirements via change and ticket processes to the technical acceptance of releases. You introduce themselves to digitalization projects as an application-oriented specialist and, depending on the project size, take over the (partial) project management or co-product-overner role for the supervised systems. You train users:inside, build a structured knowledge base and actively accompany the disciplines through introduction and stabilization phases after Go-Lives.

completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management with IT focus or comparable qualification; as an alternative a relevant vocational training with corresponding practical experience. Multiannual professional experience in a comparable role, e.g. as IT Application Manager, Inhouse Consultant, (Junior) Product Owner, Key User or ERP administrator. Knowledge of ERP processes, ideally in several areas (goods, financial accounting, logistics) and points of contact with webshop, ecommerce or portal systems. Experience in user-oriented support (2nd level, also 1st level) and in daily collaboration with specialist areas. Experience in cooperation with external service providers and software manufacturers (ticket and change processes, release management). Analytical and structured operation, pronounced service and solution orientation as well as pleasure in communication with different stakeholders. Own-responsible, binding operation, openness for digital innovation and motivation to take responsibility in a medium-sized environment.
