Head of Division: You run one of our four residential areas, which includes coordination of residential areas with internal and external services and ensuring an economic operation. You are responsible for quality development and assurance. In addition, you will ensure the operational concepts and the defined policy and framework objectives in the field. Personnel planning: You ensure the personnel deployment planning and are responsible for the service planning. Care process: You support the implementation and contribute to care processes. You coordinate and control the care processes, resident care according to PEBEM. Resident orientation: You ensure the life satisfaction of the residents through personal promotion and appreciation.

Qualification: You are examinated nursing staff (w/m/d) in the areas of nursing, nursing or health care and have corresponding professional experience. Continuing training: You have the qualification for the management of residential areas in stationary senior care or have the willingness to acquire this qualification. Social competence: You are characterized by team capacity, openness and positive radiation. The respectful and friendly handling of residents, relatives and colleagues is obvious to you. You have the pleasure of approaching people and actively contribute to an appreciation of each other in everyday work. Personal competence: communication skills, high social competence, independent processes. If necessary: presentation of a guide certificate and proof of a protection against masonry.
