Customer support: You address our customers in the RSI Customercare area and are a reliable response to their concerns. Telephony: You conduct telephone conversations with customers and disposal partners and communicate service- and solution-oriented. Inquiry processing: You process customer requests by phone and in writing and ask for a timely feedback. Order processing: You process orders independently and ensure a smooth handling. Offer creation: You will start offerings for our customers and customers and assist in commercial processing.

Professional experience: Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in the commercial sector and have a comparable qualification. Team skills: You like to work in the team and actively engage in cooperation with colleagues. Commitment: You will address your tasks with commitment and initiative. Motivation: You are motivated to take on new tasks and to work on different topics. Reliability: You work carefully, responsibly and can rely on agreements and appointments.
