Responsibility and performance of order processing, as well as ensuring that demand providers receive the requested scope of procurement in the correct amount at the right time

responsible for the process from receipt of the order request (BANF) to receipt of the goods

Track order developments and delivery dates until receipt of goods, e.g. by obtaining and checking order confirmations

Repeat, check and maintain master and movement data (e.g. confirmed delivery dates)

Identify and evaluate deviations from agreed delivery volumes and delivery dates, initiate countermeasures and, if necessary, convert them into an escalation

take over stock management and range planning and make suggestions for order optimization

training in a commercial profession, e.g. Industrial businessman/woman

relevant professional experience within supply chain management, purchasing, logistics or manufacturing control

good knowledge of the disposition of productive material

good knowledge of demand estimates, complaint processing, elimination of bottlenecks and implementation of planning

Team experience and secure cooperation with specialist departments and interface partners (internal and external)

an independent, structured and analytical method

good MS Office knowledge, in special Excel and additionally good SAP skills

fluent German knowledge in word and writing and at least good English knowledge
