Continuous Improvement Project Leader / Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (m/f/d)

We are looking for a personality that combines analytical strength, commitment and enthusiasm for lean and digitization – and which acts as a stimulus (m/w/d) on all levels. Your tasks – control, coordination and influence Conducting projects to optimize products, machines and processes (focus on cost savings and increasing competitive advantages) Ensuring/Generating Operational Performance Enhancements Using Lean Manufacturing Principles Implementation of continuous improvement measures in terms of costs, quality, reliability and service Analysis of business processes (including identifying potential for improvement and reducing complexity) controlling the CI-Agenda through idea-finding workshops, prioritization according to benefits / effort, heat map verification and project definition; Project management for selected key projects, project support / sponsorship for Green-Belt and Black-Belt projects from other fields Establishment and implementation of a digitalization/automatization agenda for quality improvement and efficiency enhancement Monitoring and coaching of CI projects at work level to continuously strengthen the CI culture in the company and implement planned timelines Compilation of statistical analyses and analyses as well as preparation and reporting of process and quality indicators Special tasks / projects

Completion of High or Higher Education Training for the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ideally with lean management certifications) with professional experience in a production company Change management experience Communication skills with moderation experience as coach, coach and consultant (m/w/d) Organisational and leadership competencies within an established, customer-oriented corporate culture Ability to cooperate with various functional areas of the company Hands-on mentality Solution-oriented, conceptual, analytical and structured procedures German and English language skills in word and writing
