We are looking for assistance, accompaniment, HEP, children's caregiver* in or similar qualifications to support a child in primary school (3rd grade)

Place of use is 30938 Burgwedel with approx. 25 hours per week ( 08.15 – 13.00) for the new school year

Your tasks

For the individual 1:1 guidance of a child with increased support needs (ADHS/Autism), we are looking for a dedicated personality that accompanies, supports and strengthens the child in everyday school.

• Accompanying a child during the whole day of school.
• Support in learning processes, social participation and communication.
• Support in the field of life and education.
• Support in learning, communication and interaction.
• Promoting self-employment, resources and development potential.
• Documentation of measures on digital systems.
• Cooperation with parents, teachers, therapists and other professionals.
• You have a driving licence and are mobile
• Experience in the care, education and/or promotion of children
• Experience in working with children with special needs (communication)
• A loving, appreciative and respectful handling of your shooters and empathy for their needs and development possibilities
• Responsibility, reliability and independent working.
• Joy in contact with people

Your profile

Ideally, they have completed training as a nursing professional, curative caregiver, educator, social education, or comparable qualification.

As a cross-comer you have experience in dealing with children and adolescents with support needs.

• Joy of individual relationship work in the 1:1 setting.
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least B2 level).
