Responsibility for the structured processing and quality assurance of processes in the field of network expansion Self-coordination and follow-up of project-related documents, permits and deadlines Binding communication with construction partners, authorities and internal specialist departments Close cooperation with project management and construction coordination to ensure efficient processes Ensuring audit-proof and transparent project documentation Maintenance and evaluation of project-related data in ERP and IT systems Active participation in process improvements and standardization in the project environment

Completed training or studies in the field of telecommunications, electrical engineering, construction, project management or industrial engineering, e.g. electronics technician for information and telecommunications technology, businessman/wife for office management, electronics engineer for energy and building technology At least 2 years of professional experience in network expansion, glass fibre or infrastructure Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g. Navision) and routined handling of MS Office in particular Excel Technical understanding of network structures, construction processes and project coordination High self-responsibility, binding appearance and strong organisational ability Communication strength in exchange with authorities, service providers and internal departments German language skills in word and writing
