About the place

In this key role, you are responsible for the entire wage and salary bill for the DACH region and actively shaping the further development and automation of our payroll and HR processes. As Head of Payroll DACH, you are a strategic Sparring partner for HR, Finance and international stakeholders and brings your expertise to a global, dynamic environment. In addition to operational excellence, the focus is on governance, compliance and the sustainable development of your team and payroll landscape. Your tasks include:

Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the Payroll team for the DACH region Ensuring a timely, correct and law-compliant pay and salary billing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland Responsibility for complex payroll-relevant topics such as share programs, split contracts, mailings and company pensions Control and optimization of payroll and HR processes incl. Automation and System Improvements (SAP HCM) Creation of reports, KPIs, provisions and personnel evaluations as well as support for internal and external audits Management of salary and bonus processes in close coordination with HR, Finance and Global Stakeholders Cooperation with external partners, authorities and service providers in the DACH region

Your profile:

Complete studies of business, economic law or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in payroll accounting with leadership responsibility, ideally in the international environment and in the DACH region Very good knowledge of tax and social security law as well as experience with complex payroll behaviour Finded user knowledge in SAP HCM as well as very good Excel knowledge English knowledge for cooperation with international stakeholders Structured, solution-oriented operation as well as pronounced communication and stakeholder management skills
