• Professional experience in old, health or nursing is desirable
• Sensitive and professional handling of people with dementia
• Self-employed and independent work
• Good knowledge of German in Word and Writing (min. B2 Level)
• Representation of nurses and nurses
• Empathy, commitment and team skills
