Leadership and development of a software development team with ten employees Control, distribution and monitoring of tasks, resources and priorities within customer projects Responsibility for software architectures, technical concepts and quality assurance Support and austerity of sales in the supply phase, including analysis of customer requirements, cost estimation, technical advice Continuous support of ongoing projects, including technical reviews Close cooperation with sales, project management, systemtestars and other interfaces Development of methods, processes and tools within software development Promoting a solution-oriented, structured and cooperative team culture

Complete studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, technical computer science or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in industrial automation or software development within industry Experience in the management, coordination or professional management of development teams of advantage Understanding both SPS programming and modern high-level language development Knowledge in cost estimation, supply creation and project planning Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe occurrence against internal and external contact persons Very good German and good English skills
