Coordination of reporting (internal and external): You are responsible for the coordination of the more extensive cross-species reporting by the Bundesanstalt (e.g. report on the situation, quarterly report, target agreements and calendarium) for the overall editorial responsibility and for ad hoc requests by the BMF for new construction projects. Analysis and evaluation for the derivation of targets for long-term business development, in particular property and real estate development from new buildings of apartments and service buildings: To do this, you take over the following tasks: Development of life cycle accounting at building level Clustering of the property portfolio of the Bundesanstalt in sub-portfolios according to defined asset development strategies Development of company-related key figures for asset development, deriving target values, in particular for new buildings Development and definition of targets for new buildings and quarter developments

Content analysis of long-term business development, in particular property and real estate development from new buildings We work mobile and flexible. However, there are occasional missions on the workplace, including throughout the federal territory. Qualification: You have a completed university degree (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor) of economics or a comparable qualification. Competences: You have experience in controlling as well as in controlling instruments. You also have knowledge of the cost and performance calculation. Part of your profile are in-depth business knowledge and knowledge of real estate management. You have profound knowledge of IT Microsoft Office applications.
