Independent examination, assessment and negotiation of claims and claims by analysis of contractual documents in close cooperation with the technical project managers and purchasing Support of project teams in identifying and processing project disruptions with legal and commercial impacts raising potentials to improve and protect risks Self-development of partnership solutions to resolve or avoid judicial and extrajudicial disputes Support of purchasing and settlement teams in negotiations of major projects Management of commercial and contractual correspondence with the customer Interface function for the areas of taxes (operators), law, accounting and controlling

Your personality: analytical and structured, communication-strong and enforceable – with sense of responsibility, negotiation skills and solution orientation Completed study of law, economic engineering or a comparable discipline, combined with a pronounced commercial sense Multiannual experience in claim and follow-up management as well as in the audit of the contract, ideally in large-scale construction Safe handling of contractual bases such as VOB, BGB and international standard contracts High negotiating skills in dealing with different contractual partners Excellent print and text security in German and English willingness and interest to deal with technical issues and to understand their impact on contractual and commercial processes
