We rely on you: You support the CCO in legal support, implementation, training and monitoring of all corporate compliance activities as well as in the further development and design of the compliance organization You provide legal support for the company-wide contract management system as well as the related issues, templates and processes You ensure the up-to-dateness and adaptation, negotiation and release of standard German and English-language contracts (e.g. for secrecy) and conduct negotiations with suppliers on secrecy agreements in German and English You support coordination, coordination and cooperation with national and international law firms You actively participate in key decision-making and approval processes in the company, assessing and evaluating legal risks You have knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner You take over the legal advice and support of the corporate bodies and individual departments on the above topics You are active in the transfer of legal foundations to the departments, e.g. in the form of training with

How to complete our team: With your completed 2nd Legal State Exam and Lawyer and/or Syndicus Prosecutor Approval with the Competent Authority With first professional experience in a comparable position with a law firm in business law or in the legal department of an international company You have (ideally) experience in corporate compliance and a safe, sovereign occurrence You have well-founded knowledge of economic law, in particular in the fields of international contract law and ideally pharmaceutical law You have analytical thinking and affinity for digital tools You have the ability to capture complex facts With your high commitment, enforcing and strong communication skills With your very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (C1 level) The place is limited to 2 years
