Together with the project development, you are responsible for the implementation of our contractor projects You guide and manage all parties involved in the project and contractual partners You set internal and external quality standards together with your team, tax and monitor their compliance You set up the budget, plead it and manage the associated controlling – including accounting and supplementary management for all contractors of the respective project You set up planning and construction appointment planning, control and monitor it and ensure the timely overall completion You ensure the freedom of defect and residual performance during the acceptance and handover

A completed study of architecture, civil engineering or comparable You have already proven to have gained experience in the contractor business and have successfully worked with planners, offices and general contractors in the housing segment. You have well-founded technical, constructional and constructional competences and you use them specifically in the development of new quarters.
