You lead a dedicated team of 13 colleagues:inside and secure the smooth running of the daily business and are the central contact person for external stakeholders, service providers and suppliers. You are with your team of finance enablers and especially support shopping in entrepreneurial activities You are responsible for the accounting processes including the processing of different invoice formats such as EDIFACT and E invoices. You ensure efficient and error-free logistic audit and ensure transparent clarification processes with suppliers and internal interfaces. Together with your team, you are driving forward the implementation of our digitalization strategy and optimizing our IT systems in cooperation with IT and the departments. You actively support the conversion of the goods management system to SAP S/4HANA and ensure that processes, data flows and requirements of your area are successfully migrated and implemented in a sustainable manner. You develop efficient processes and introduce a modern governance system and establish clear standards, roles and structures for sustainable process quality. You define and model KPIs to make the success of our initiatives measurable and transparent.

Complete study of economics, business informatics or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the finance environment or in shopping areas, ideally within complex corporate structures Sovereign handling of billing processes, including auditing, release workflows and accounting processes Impressed leadership, strategic judgement and a solution-oriented hands-on mentality Experience in data analysis, preferably in the field of metadata or master data management Strong communication and social competence as well as the joy of interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary cooperation High affinity for digitalization and enthusiasm for innovative, future-oriented solutions Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
