Your tasks: We are looking for a dedicated specialist who supports people with complex impairments and epilepsy:

• Individual support: Support our clients by guiding, assisting and taking necessary help according to their individual needs
• Inclusion Living: You accompany and support clients in various activities outside the institution
• Participation: Together in the team and with the clients, you develop ways to experience and maintain participation in small steps in life
• Knowledge: Your expertise and experience will be shared with colleagues by leading and supporting trainees, trainees and interns

What you should bring:

• Completed training: You have successfully completed a training as a nurse (m/w/d)
• Experience and motivation: Ideally you bring experience in working with people with complex disabilities and have the motivation to gain new experiences in this area
• Discover and promote: You are happy to discover the world with our clients, try new things together and promote them through your expertise
