Support our team as location manager (w/m/d) Stuttgart for software development!

As a location manager*, you contribute significantly to the overall success of the company with your commitment and your conviction. You will continue to be actively involved in projects and take additional professional leadership and coordination tasks. These include in particular:

Professional project work & sales support You work closely with customers from the region You support Agile Software Engineering and develop innovative solutions – such as web projects in the cloud, mobile apps, applications with AI or large distributed enterprise systems You recognize customer support needs and business opportunities at an early stage and forward these proactively to sales You are raising awareness and empowering your team to actively identify and carry out sales opportunities You promote cross-site cooperation and contribute to enabling project success in the interests of the company Corporate responsibility You take responsibility for the economic development of the site You keep an eye on the economic characteristics of the location and actively tax it (e.g. budget, revenue, utilisation, return) You remember the corporate strategy and consistently implement it at the site You carry company decisions transparently and understandably in your team Staff management You are a model for your team and live our values, working and culture in everyday life You actively support and promote the personal and professional development of your employees You take responsibility for personnel decisions and create an environment where your team can work successfully and develop You are actively involved in the recruitment and application process and participate in the selection of new employees for the location *(w/m/d)

You have a completed university degree in computer science, mathematics or a comparable field or an equivalent qualification You have several years of experience in software development and know you with functional or object-oriented development, such as Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or comparable technologies You like working in agile, self-organized teams You have experience in managing and developing employees and are delighted to promote your team You understand economic relationships in projects and organizations such as budgeting, utilisation, sales and returns You work structured, responsible and independent and take responsibility for results You convince by strong communication and team skills You trade in solution-oriented, show your own initiative and have an entrepreneurial mindset You have very good German skills (C1)
