You take the proactive calendar and appointment management as well as the travel planning and settlement for the management You are the first contact point for internal and external enquiries from customers:inside, partners:inside – both by telephone and in writing You accompany strategic projects, prepare meetings, launch protocols and monitor compliance with deadlines through task tracking Start professional presentations, decision templates and reports for meetings and advisory meetings You support general administrative tasks and ensure a smooth running of office everyday life

You have a successfully completed commercial training, for example as a merchant for office management (m/w/d), as well as first professional experience in a comparable assistance function Ideally you bring experience from the logistics environment, the forwarding industry or the supply chain sector and know the typical processes of this industry You are an organizational talent, work absolutely structured and forward-looking and keeps the overview and humour even in stressful situations You have an excellent expressiveness in word and writing in German (C2), English knowledge is advantageous, and a friendly, professional and binding appearance is of course for you You are characterized by absolute discretion, loyalty and reliability, think with and trade proactively You are absolutely safe in handling the MS Office package, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
