You bring pleasure in selling and are at the same time a real IT nerd that feels at home in topics like Public/Private Cloud, WAN, Application Services, Databases, IBM i Series, Archiving, Kubernetes and Colocation/Housing You translate the expertise of specialists in the multi-cloud team so that customers clearly recognize the added value of OEDIV services You support specialist sales by providing technical advice to customers on infrastructure, platform and operational specific solutions from the OEDIV portfolio You analyze customer requirements and develop suitable technical implementation concepts together with Product Ownern You will participate in offerings, performance descriptions and tender documents and take into account technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness You create and care for sales-relevant documents and accompany customer appointments – on request also on site – for example at workshops, presentations and technical voting

You bring technical understanding in the field of IT infrastructure, hosting or data center, e.g. from operation, consulting or technical customer support You have a good sense of customer needs and can communicate technical facts clearly and structuredly You like to work solution-oriented and enjoy technical advice You are ideally familiar with SLAs, service catalogs or license models You bring a moderate travel readiness (e.g. for occasional customer appointments or workshops, about 2–3 days/month)
