Specialist (d/w/m) for commission systems in the field of composites Munich, Bavaria, Germany

You take care of our commission systems with a focus on composite. You conduct independent coordination with various contact persons in the Group (distribution, law, savings management, technology). You accompany and support the implementation as a contact person for the IT/business analysts and the operationally responsible departments. You create requirement concepts. You independently supervise the commission provisions of our sales partners. You implement all relevant communication measures. You carry out special tasks independently. You control the requirement conversion independently outside of projects. You are involved in IFIT projects.

A completed higher education in the field of economics or training as an insurance specialist or comparable training with relevant professional experience. Funded knowledge of the insurance industry ideally in the field of commissions. Composite as well as change knowledge. Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA and MS Office. Analytical and conceptual skills, creativity and fun in solving complex problems. High numerical affinity and rapid understanding. Pragmatic, independent and result-oriented working style. High level of care and reliability. Ideally project experience in the agile environment. High service, customer and sales orientation. Very good team capacity as well as commitment and performance.
