Advising the managing directors, owners and top managers of our clients in the context of machinery and plant engineering Implementation of national and international consulting projects from the strategy phase to the implementation, e.g. development of new business models, implementation of growth strategies incl. strategic transformations, reduction of product costs through product optimization and optimal production strategies and their implementation Implementation of innovative working methods to promote innovation and efficiency Construction and maintenance of our external ecosystem, support in building customer relationships and in developing strategy papers Continuous development of our consulting methods and tools

Successfully completed university studies, ideally with a focus on economics, (economic) engineering or a comparable course of study focusing on industrial goods Relevant professional experience in a leading industrial company or management consulting Knowledge in the areas of production strategy, strategy development, organisational transformation or performance improvement (first acquisition experience in consulting) Very good analytical ability and conceptual thinking An open, communicative, team-oriented and empathic personality Great interest in trends and new technologies Very good expression in German and English, further foreign language skills advantageous High readiness for travel in Germany and abroad
