Support for operational personnel management, e.g. employee support Applicant communication and administration in close cooperation with the HR team Document creation (e.g. employment contracts, employer certificates, overviews etc.) Maintenance of internal personnel databases On- & offboarding support Creation of work certificates in close cooperation with the respective department management Accompanying applicant management: participation in the creation of job advertisements Support for internal HR projects and research (e.g. employer branding, operations, recruiting, learning & development) Creation of presentations

You are a student (m/w/d) of the cultural and human sciences, economic psychology, sociology, BWL or the like, with a focus on HR or a high affinity to the field You show communication strength and sense of responsibility Quality and efficiency are very important in your daily work Absolute reliability in handling sensitive data is of course for you Service orientation and healthy pragmatism are of course for you You are generally available on at least two days a week You are familiar with the MS Office package, especially MS Word, Excel and Outlook You have very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English skills. This completes your profile
