Customs Officer and Representative of the Export Control Officer in the Legal Department (m/f/d)

For our legal department we are looking for

(m/w/d)*. Monitoring of customs clearance clarification and support for setting up the approval requirements in SAP Communication with customs authorities, external partners and internal stakeholders Creation and continuous updating of work, organisational, process and process instructions based on applicable legislation Advising internal specialist departments on customs matters Control of contracts for customs and export control requirements Exercise of duties as a general manager for the control of preferential certificates issued under general guidelines Compliance with authorisations: monitoring compliance with customs authorisations and contact persons for the main customs office in relation to the AEO Support and representation of the export control commission and associated tasks Professional leadership of colleagues

Bachelor in Business & Business Administration or Business or Logistics Training Long-term experience in customs, export control, finance, purchasing/logistics and/or contracting First leadership experience in the above mentioned areas desirable Very good MS Office identifiers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Very good SAP knowledge Very good English skills Very good ability to capture complex facts quickly and comprehensively in order to assess them with regard to the definition of customs and export-relevant operational processes Embossed communication, team and conflictability High level of reliability and sense of responsibility
