As a nursing expert*in (m/w/d) with a Bachelor degree, you are also responsible for ensuring an evidence-based nursing practice in close cooperation with the station management. You are assigned to a station, the respective departments (general psychiatric, dependency disorders, Gerontopsychiatrie, psychosomatics, forensics, child and youth psychiatry) and work predominantly in the direct patient care. The following tasks are part of your future responsibility: Initiating and implementing evidence-based, innovative topics through training of employees at the station Management of case meetings in complex care situations, implementation of the results with the involvement of colleagues and corresponding takeover of relation-care aspects Support and advice of the care team for professional and interaction-specific care challenges Implementation, presentation and training of station-related or multi-station projects or concepts (e.g. reference care concept, safewards etc.) Annual development of a station-related project with the aim of improving patient care Patients and relative counselling
