Senior Quality Manager IT Platforms (m/f/d)

Our area of change delivery is responsible for the planning, control and implementation of change and project projects with which we develop our products, processes and IT systems. Our goal is to implement changes structured, transparent and sustainable for our customers, from the initial idea to the successful conclusion. In three departments with around 56 employees at the Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Munich and Budapest locations, we are driving forward the continuous development of the dwpbank. As a senior quality manager, you take over a central, cross-sectional end-to-end responsibility for our securities platform WP3 and ensure that all modules and processes are coordinated with uniform quality standards.

In this role, you will take on the following tasks: Responsibility for platform quality: You drive the quality of our securities platform WP3 in a leading role (i.e. beyond technical and technical domains) and ensure that processes are implemented in a technically correct, consistent, efficient and largely automated manner, with significant added value for users. Design principles ensure: You provide uniform technical design principles for the WP3 platform, ensure their compliance and coordinate the technical target image closely with the architectural departments of the dwpbank. Check the quality of further developments: technical concepts and implementations accompany you critically and constructively, ensure their quality and ensure that defined standards are not only followed but also lived. Control risks: identify and evaluate platform-wide issues and risks at an early stage and translate them into sustainable solutions to ensure platform quality. effectively anchoring quality: With accurate formats such as reviews, retros, workshops and targeted tuning, you establish quality as a solid part of daily delivery across domains and teams. Configure a program: embedded functionally in the MoveWP3 program organization, report directly to the program management, support this project-related consulting and actively participate in the rolling planning and progress assessment. Exchange & Transparency: As a central contact person, you will present the MoveWP3 program on selected topics in customer bodies and specialist circles, provide address-oriented presentations and documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer to the delivery teams. Community evolve: You strengthen the Product-Owner community on WP3, promote scaling-agile work and help teams successfully implement modern product and quality approaches.

You have at least five years of professional experience in the management of software projects with earnings and leadership responsibility, ideally in the banking environment, in a renowned consultancy and/or IT service provider or alternatively over at least five years of professional experience in a transaction bank or a securities service provider. You bring a deep technical and technical understanding of the processes of a transaction bank and are able to thoroughly penetrate and control complex technical requirements. Ideally, you have already gained experience with WP2, WP3 or a comparable securities service platform and know the specific quality and stability requirements of such platforms. You are familiar with agile project work and have practical experience with agile working methods that you can safely use in complex organizational and program structures. Experiences with technologies such as Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Filebeat, PostgreSQL or Kafka are of advantage. You communicate safely in German and English and have very good knowledge of at least C1 levels in both languages. Strategic thinking and analytical detailed work combine you sovereignly by controlling complex product and platform developments both at high altitude and consistently implementing specific technical tasks. You convince with pronounced communication, mediation and conflictability: Also in dynamic interface-intensive environments, you create clarity, moderate different interests and build confidence among stakeholders, teams and partners.
