FRS looks back on a history of over 150 years and has developed from a regional passenger ship shipping company to an internationally active group of companies. FRS Helgoline GmbH & Co. KG is part of the international FRS shipping group based in Flensburg.

For our shipping operations with the HSC „Halunder Jet“ to Helgoland and the Syltfähren between Rømø and Sylt, we are now looking for one/n for the Flensburg site

Customer Service-Center (m/w/d) Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Inbound (no acquisition) in parttime (approx. 20-30 hours/week) First seasonal until November 2026- with interest and suitability an extension is conceivable

First contact point for our customers inbound customer service Processing of customer requests by phone and email Advice on ferry connections (e.g. Helgoland & Sylt) Acceptance and processing of bookings and rebookings

Joy in customer contact and pronounced service orientation Friendly, communicative appearance on the phone and by email Safe handling of the PC Reliability and flexibility (even on weekends and holidays) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing English and/or Danish are advantageous, but no need
