You build long-term customer relationships and maintain existing customers You actively attract new customers and projects in the field of security technology You analyze customer requirements and develop suitable technical solutions You identify and evaluate tenders and market potentials You conduct market and competition analyses You calculate projects and create offers as well as lists of services You present offers to the customer and agree with specialist planners, suppliers and subcontractors You actively pursue offers until the conclusion of the contract and participate in contract negotiations

That's what you bring to it

You have a technical training or a study (technical technician, master, engineer) You have several years of experience in security technology (e.g. BMA, EMA, Video, Access Control, SAA or RWA) You bring knowledge in project calculation and offer creation You have experience in handling tenders and awards You have knowledge of the VOB and basic understanding of the contract You possess industry-specific knowledge of construction and Building technology industry You work structured, independent and solution-oriented You convince by communication strength, negotiation skills and final orientation
