WHAT YOU BRING You have completed a master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Ideally, you so hold relevant certifications search as CCP or GRP. You bring several years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards. You are therefore familiar with salary surveys, benchmarking tools, and international reward structures. Proficiency in working with HR systems search as Workday, SAP, or SuccessFactors is among your strengths. You are experienced in job evaluation methodologies search as Mercer or Hay. You stand out with strong analytical and numerical skills as well as advanced Excel capabilities. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is one of your key strengths. You demonstrate strong communication skills in stakeholder management and confidential data with integrity. So you bring a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team characterize your way of working. Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile.
