IT project manager (in-house) (m/f/d)

Management of projects for the introduction and further development of specialist applications and for the digitization, automation and modernization of IT landscape Planning and control of IT projects taking into account quality, content, costs and time Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams with internal and external stakeholders Regular reporting to project bodies, field management, stakeholders and, if necessary, to the Management Board Analysis, evaluation and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements Coordination and control of IT service providers, software solutions and project partners Advising departments and executives in identifying and prioritizing IT and digitalization initiatives Planning and implementation of workshops on request analysis, decision-making and project management Transfer of knowledge and experience in project management to internal project managers and project staff Exchange with the project management office and participation in the further development of the project management methodology

Complete study of computer science, industrial informatics, industrial engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience (at least 4 years) in the management of IT projects in classic, agile or hybrid environments Detection of a recognised certification in project management, such as IPMA, PRINCE2 or a comparable qualification Knowledge of classic and modern IT technologies and their applications Experience in the acceptance and structuring of technical and non-technical requirements in the project context or in in-house consulting Embossed communication, moderation and presentation skills Self-employed and careful working methods as well as resilience and strong team skills Very good German and good English skills
