Your new tasks:

Organization of workflows in practice: As a dental specialist (frequently abbreviated as ZFA), appointments are agreed with patients, conduct the schedule of appointments, prepare practical spaces by placing sterilized toothaches such as grinders, tweezers and tooth probes on the treatment table, and providing the patient files for the upcoming treatment.

Concert for patients: Patients are received and consulted after treatment via measures to be carried out or treatment alternatives. In addition, you can inform them about possible additional services such as professional dental cleaning or bleachings, which are payable. If drugs are necessary, regulations are created for patients.

Implementation of prophylaxis measures: Measures for the prevention of dental diseases are carried out. For example, a prophylaxis measure is a professional dental cleaning, in which all harmful coatings with hand instruments such as brushes and ultrasound equipment are removed from the tooth surfaces.

Assist in treatments: After all the necessary instruments and materials such as needles, suture and filling materials have been provided, treatment measures provide assistance, for example by suctioning saliva. In addition, it is also the task of dental professionals to produce X-ray images, document treatment processes and clean up the treatment spaces afterwards and disinfect them.

Office, administrative and accounting work: Order practical materials such as tupfers and x-ray films, prepare orders for the dental laboratory, fill out treatment and medical and cost plans – all this is part of the everyday working day of dental professionals.

Activation of instruments, apparatus and apparatus: After each treatment, the instruments used are cleaned, treated and disinfected, such as oral mirrors and scalers, as well as apparatuses such as the vacuum cleaner.
