As a surface coater (m/w/d) in the field of aviation, you are part of specialized surface technology, electroplating and coating technology. You contribute significantly to the corrosion resistance, functional reliability and longevity of precision components for aviation and work in a modern production environment with the highest demands on quality, process reliability and documentation.

Pretreatment and electroplating of aviation components according to established manufacturing and quality processes Testing of application documents and setting and monitoring of coating systems Selection and adaptation of programs in the production process Operation and monitoring of furnace and coating systems Conservation of components according to aviation standards Fixing defined disturbances in the production segment Monitoring quality assurance and process parameters Implementation of cleaning, maintenance and maintenance work Documentation of production and test results in the computer system

Successfully completed two-year technical vocational training as (m/w/d), galvaniseur (m/w/d), surface coater (m/w/d), material and processing technician (m/w/d), laboratory technician (m/w/d), painter and coating technician (m/w/d), specialist metal technology (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Experience in electroplating, surface treatment, coating technology or paint processing Alternatively very good handling of paint, varnish and industrial coating processes Careful, structured and quality-oriented operation High reliability, teamability and responsibility Willingness to shift work in production Good knowledge of the MS Office programs for documentation
